Nathan Nails, FNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at the Heart & Vascular Center of West Tennessee. He holds both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from the University of Memphis’ Loewenberg College of Nursing.

Nails began his career as a Registered Nurse with West Tennessee Healthcare, where he spent six years developing expertise in patient care. He then transitioned into roles as a hospice provider with Amedisys and as an ER, hospitalist, and clinic provider at Braden Healthcare. He has also worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner at The Jackson Clinic before joining the Heart & Vascular team in 2025. 

Nathan currently holds the following certifications: 

• Basic Life Support, American Heart Association

• ACLS, American Heart Association

• PALS, American Heart Association

• CCRN, American Association of Critical Care Nurses

Nails is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of his patients. He looks forward to continuing his work at Heart & Vascular Center of West Tennessee and contributing to the overall health of the community.
