Penni Cannady, ANP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner at Heart & Vascular Center of West Tennessee.

Cannady has received degrees from multiple colleges and institutions throughout Tennessee, including her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Tennessee at Martin and her master’s degree in nursing from Vanderbilt University. 

Her career in medicine includes working as a registered nurse, hospital supervisor, and cardiovascular nurse practitioner at clinics throughout West Tennessee including: 

• Jackson-Madison County General Hospital

• Regional Cardiology

• Gibson General Hospital

• Internship at the Primary Care Center in Trenton

• Heart & Vascular Center of West Tennessee 

Cannady was also employed on a part-time basis as a nurse practitioner at Professional Health Services providing mental health assistance. Cannady recently launched the Cannady Medical Center to provide primary care services for the patients of Heart & Vascular Center of West Tennessee.
